Be very careful on insertion. This is a very tight fit, too tight really on the long dimension. I slightly damaged the camera interface on my pi inserting. I mean the one on the opposite end of the pi from the sd card. There is no cutout for using that plug either. So if you plan on using the camera plug for your project (I don't) this isn't the case for you. In order to insert at all I had to remove the little black dummy plastic (does it hold down a ribbon cable?) out of the camera plug and even still that didn't create enough clearance to safely insert without crunching that plug a little. No harm to me because I don't care about that plug, but YMMV.I give 3 stars because it is such a good tight fit. the top and bottom snap together securely. It leaves cutouts for both USB, the HDMI, the SD, and there are two alternate tops shipped with mine, one with a cutout for the 20-pin GPIO header and one solid top without that cutout. That's Nice.Half a mm more of internal space on the long dimension and I'd give it 4. With a cutout for the camera interface I'd give it 5.

I ding this 1-star not for the following, but because the vent is on the wrong side; vent should be over CPU (eg design the mount with the card flipped over)I am confirming other reviews. Not only did the camera port snap off (see photo) but the SD Card broke too.No stars removed as I feel this is 'user error', but maybe the next person can avoid these mistakes (eg remove the SD Card when working within tight tolerances)

Could maybe have more cooling vents, but this case is well made, very sturdy (maybe too sturdy, as the plastic is very thick). My Pi Zero W normally runs at a steady 47 degrees C, and it is wall mounted. I did not know when I ordered it that it had an extra base for wall mounting. That turned out to make it almost perfect for my needs.

I was really excited to get this case, but I wasn't able to get it to work with either a Pi Zero or a Pi Zero W. There's no provision in the case for the ribbon connector on the side, which means that the board do not sit in the case out of the box. To use this, you'd have to either break the connector off of the board or use a file to open up a slot in the case for it.Ultimately, I'm not too upset about this as the price for the case was pretty economical, but ultimately this case wasn't for me.

Had to trim a few parts and sand the pi to get it to fit. Also had to cut my own slot for a camera.

The listing says "This is a no-nonsense protective case for the Latest Raspberry Pi ZERO". It is not. The latest Raspberry Pi came out in 2017. This case does not fit that model, it only fits the one that was sold between 2015 and 2017.Don't buy this unless you have one of the original Raspberry Pi Zero's from 4-5 years ago. I had to return it because it doesn't fit the latest Raspberry Pi boards.

It does not fit what it states. It’s too small! Someone did NOT do the measurements correctly

Don’t buy it is too compact to allow proper cooling. It just makes your point zero heat up beyond workable temps I burnt one up using this case beware!!

Great fit, comes with 4 screws to secure Pi to the case, as well as a second top (exposing the GPIO pins. There are cut outs for power, USB, HDMI, camera connector and SD Card. There's even a screw cutout on the rear of the case if you want to hang it on something. Case did not come with rubber feet, but I had some already on my Pi I was able to use

....you'll need a penknife or other sharp knife. It is quite obvious what and where to cut.This comes with screws and two lids - one to accommodate the GPIO connectors and one that covers the whole pi. The lids are easily removed to access the card slot or remove the Pi itself. I've bought three of these in the various colours and am impressed with the quality (for the very low price).
