Perfect for shaping butter

It serves a dual purpose. Needed the butter paddles and it helped with the gnocchi as well.

Not quite as substantial as I was expecting, but they are certainly reasonably priced.It also would have been nice if each paddle were slightly different, but I can understand the reasoning for two of the same because often making gnocchi is a family affair. This way two people can be cranking them out the same time.Long enough to roll appropriately, and there is a string at the top so that they can hang and completely dry after use.

Very nice. Superior to my old regular wooden ones. Great size

I really like these paddles. You can also make "butter balls" with them but you need a little practice to perfect your gnochi or butter balls. Once you master it, they are a breeze.

This is perfect for my Thai desert Kanom krang. Double use for me as I can make gnocchi with it too!! Sturdy bamboo is what sold me on this product of many to choose from.

Both paddles were covered in green dusty mold when I took them out of the box … disgusting

Actual junk. Used once, paddles falling apart. Splinters in butter. Not happy with this purchase. Also arrived covered in dirt, absolutely filthy

As I read from others, mine arrived moldy as well. The box is also moldy on the inside.
