Secret AAA battery holder—finally!
If you’re looking for a place to store AAA batteries, this item is for you. It masquerades as a working game device, so no one will find your AAA battery stash.

Great looking case, but games run slow
I have other Atari 2600 handheld units, but the case design on this one really caught my attention. Unfortunately, while the aesthetics are great, the unit doesn't deliver in the area most important: properly playing Atari 2600 games. Each of the 2600 games supplied runs just a touch slow. This can be seen in the drawn out flashes in Video Pinball and can be heard in the crackling sound of every game as the sound stutters in anticipation of the screen catching up. This can really be heard if you add a game like Pitfall II that has constant background music. The two fire buttons on the right of the unit work well enough for me. The thumbstick on the left, however, causes no lack of frustration in games with purely orthogonal movements. You'll be cursing more than usual at Pac-Man when playing on this handheld.I did, however, appreciate the ridged rubber joystick surround for that extra touch of old Atari.

Looking for a retro handheld? Look somewhere else
This handheld is a little less than disapointing. It's extremely large and heavy, but somehow feels cheap and weak. The display is so small and odd to watch. Emulating 7800 games via microSD card will have you playing a game at least 40% faster than the original experience. The worst part is the actual emulation software, in which there are no options to adjust speed or switch between black and white and color modes. Actually, there are no options at all. Very limited and poor experience.

Ok but why only a few 7800 games....
Its just ok. For the price they could have added more 7800 games. Would have loved the 7800 version of pac man. I just think for almost 40 they could have done more being there are better handhelds cheaper that have alot more game choices. In the future please add more games out of the box. Also the D pad is really not that great.
