These do not contain any regular flour which is what enables us to keep the carbohydrate value so low. Because of this, they do not taste like 'regular' bread. If you are unsure whether you like the taste please only purchase 6 to try. The recipe has been 'tweaked' so we are now getting fluffy rolls every time.
