Incrível
Como grande fã do Phil Lynott e do Thin Lizzy, fiquei muito satisfeita com a biografia. Tem fatos que não conhecia e a leitura em geral é interessante, aprofunda bem e ainda emociona. Recomendo!

FANTASTIC READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!
this is a great read for all thin lizzy fans, die hard or casual, this is a fantastic read that starts out slow with phils early life, family, school etc etc and brings you through thin lizzys entire 13 years of rocking. also included are great stories of his first go in skid row before he was replaced as well as his first ever late 1960s band the black eagles. great stories in here from eric bell as well as other band mates and those that where there when lynott started out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this book gets into many little details so many im not sure all needed to be in here but many are, basically this book brings you through all the stuggles in the early years through the late 70s when lizzy hit it big and then there early 1980s downfall. again many fantastic stories by many old time irish rockers and roadies and all those involved with the building of thin lizzy from there move from dublin to london in 1971 and onward. this has been a fantastic read......................lots of stories also about phils young hippie years that brought him into rock n roll.............ps the only thing that got me a bit annoyed towards the end of the book was that every time jimmy bain came up they seem to blame him for phils continued heroin use, it is the hardest addiction to overcome & sadly phil lost his battle BUT people cant blame jimmy bain for that, like all of us god bless him phil had a choice

Good Book but Seems a Little Hyper-critical
A lot of great stuff about Lynott, his family, and his complete body of work--much of which I had never heard before. My only complaint is that the author is pretty critical of lots of the Thin Lizzy catalogue. Maybe it's just because I think Lizzy never did a bad album, but I think the criticism of all but two or three of the releases is a little much. Still recommended, however.
