Schon mein 4.
Also ein Drittel Haltbarkeit!!! Entweder hat der Hersteller die Materialzusammensetzungen grundlegend geändert oder es handelt sich um ein Fake Produkt. Das erste Paar hatte ich im Fachhandel erworben, das letzte über Amazon. Kaufdatum Januar 2020

Bulletproof & waterproof
These are fantastic multi purpose shoes. I wear mine to cycle to and wear in the gym. 45 minutes of each. They are robust and waterproof for wearing on the bike and not so specialised they look silly in the gym. However the functionality is more what these are about than looks. They are a great fit for my slim feet and the no lace system works well. They are easy to slip on which is important to me and the sole is bulletproof whilst being lightweight. These will be relegated to gardening shoes soon enough so I can buy another pair. Overall the best waterproof trainers I have used and I honestly think my hiking boots will be permanently relegated in favour of these for all duties

Amazing value for money, essential kit
Great trainers, replaced my second pair of XA Pro 3D GTX. Always found them in my current kit lost as an essential, but never the comfiest of things. After 10 years of abuse they gave in. Not wanting to stray from the brand, went for the lighter Speedcross 4 GTX & they're perfect for a mixture of lighter & shorter fell runs, Lake District walks & chasing after man's best friend.Salomon Adidas sizes run small, so always go AT LEAST half a size up, generally as a rule .5 up on Salomon will suffice. If you have a chubby foot, forget any Salomon footwear.

Great shoe - but sizing is inconsistent!
These shoes are solid and well made with excellent grip - ideal for running and scrambling on The Peak’s millstone and limestone trails, which invariably are also muddy/ wet/ slippy! The shoe isn’t light but it does give confidence and provide protection! The downside is the narrow fit - this was third time lucky! The UK Size 10 in the non-GTX version was ridiculously small/ narrow! The UK Size 10.5 in the GTX version was slightly too big meaning my heal slipped! This version - the GTX - UK Size 10 is a ‘snug’ fit but not ridiculously so! On this basis, I’m planning to gently work them in on shorter runs before “going for it”! Great shoes - it’s just a shame they don’t have consistent sizing!

Great fit and kept my feet dry...for a while
I bought my shoes last October (19th) and was so impressed with the fit and how dry they kept my feet through the harsh winter, that I bought a pair for my husband. I walk/run everyday, regardless of weather. However, although they were great for about 8 months, they upper fabric started to deteriorate. I've worn them, with the worn fabric, through the dry months but am having to buy a new pair (today, actually) as they take in water. They only lasted about 8 months. On the subject of sizing - definitely a good idea to go up half a size.
