Best ballet shoes
I’ve been doing ballet for 15 years these are my favorite ballet shoes you don’t need to sew them they fit your feet like a sock. These are the best 100% recommend to anyone doing ballet over any other shoe and true to size.

meets expectations
fit is as expected true to size. Only thing is wear/durability. Wife dances with these quite often and I note tears etc in the slipper. IDK if that is normal based on the amount of dancing done.

These ballet slippers are great, but could be improved
These ballet slippers are great, but could be improved.First off, I love the stretchy material. I have been using canvas slippers for years, but love how these stretch and conform to the foot.Sizing: I'm a standard street shoe size 8. Practically every shoe I try on that fits is an 8. I also have wide feet, so I went with the C/D width in these slippers. I ordered a 7 C/D in the slippers and they fit perfectly - snug and comfortable. The heel, however, seemed to feel like it was wanting to slip off and my toes felt a little squeezed due to the elastic, so I also ordered a 7.5 Those were way too big, and had too much material in the toes. Pointing or doing a tendu didn't feel right as my toes were having to deal with the extra fabric extended at the end. So, I decided to keep the 7and return the 7.5In class: The 7 worked great, except for the heel. When I'm standing flat, it's fine. But if I releve, the heel starts to slip. It has only come off once, and as class went on, it got better, but I still feel the need to tug at the heel to correct this. My guess is this has something to do with the stretchy fabric. The material is also thinner, and allows me to feel the floor more. The first day, this caused my toes to be a little sore after class, but all the subsequent classes, I haven't noticed it at all. So, if you are used to the regular canvas slippers, this might take some adjustment in terms of thinness. I do like that they have sewn down the front lining.Overall, I am happy with these shoes and they are very comfortable, and I'm enjoying the wider width. I also like the way they hug the foot and accentuate the arch and I feel the floor more. But, the designers should look into the heel issue as I've seen others complaining about the same thing. I would say that these are my favorite shoes yet. We'll see how durable they are.

If your foot spreads over 1/2 inch when standing size down .5 size.
A few things to keep in mind during sizing.1. Foot width- wide feet may need to go up a size2. Pliability- if your foot spreads when weight is put on it but shrinks when lifted off the ground. You will likely have to downsize by half a size.3. Low profile foot but high arch.- Yes, its a thing. If you have a flat looking foot but a very pronounced pointe you may need to remove and replace the elastics farther back or the shoe may slip off your heel.I had to do all of these thing. I wear a street size 2.5 in children but have wide pliable feet and with good pointes. My foot is 8 1/4 inches long and just under 3 inches wide but just over 3 3/4 inches wide when standing. I ordered a size 2.5c/d (based on recommendations for child sizes) and the shoes were too narrow when standing. I replaced them with a size 3.5c/d and the shoes are a 1/4 inch too long an too wide. (which is a lot for non-recreational dancer. I teach ballet & the contractions and release and sliding from the extra room tire my feet/ankles.) This is okish for class but my foot slides to the front of the shoes when turning and side to side movements. My ultra pliable feet with high arches/ pointe causing the shoes to also bunch a bit at the toe when I pointe and jump. I will keep them and try a 3 c/d with hopes of the right length and width. Perhaps I'll try the pro elastics which are canvas with the drawstring replaced by elastic.Pliable feet may benefit from a less stretchy shoe unless you also have high arched feet as well.

The good, the bad, and the ugly
The good: Because of the stretch fabric, the shoes conform perfectly to both feet, absolutely no bagginess or bunching. I like the wide toe and heel pads. I can't feel any bumps underfoot, and it seems more stable. Perhaps it was just luck for me, but the elastics all ended up in the right placement and tightness for me, so it saved me some sewing time. And, I've never had a shoe make my pointed foot look so attractive! The bad: I got this in my normal Bloch ballet slipper size of 3.5 C (in Prolite and Proflex styles), and it feels a little tight, especially on my larger foot. I would probably try a size larger next time (though I'd be a little worried that I might be trading toe space for bagginess or looseness.) It would be GREAT if they had a D or E width. The pale salmon color is really odd on my dark olive skin color. I can't imagine that it would look good on anyone. If they had a "suntan" color (a perfect match for my skin), and in a D width, I would be very happy. The ugly: The quality seems to be horrible! After trying on the slippers, and trying a rond de jambe, some (non-critical) stiches on the sole came undone. After wearing for maybe a couple minutes, the inside heel pad is coming loose. I'm not even a serious dancer - I'm an adult doing 2-3 classes a week - and I don't forsee this lasting long. This is a vanity item - I'm trading durability for a really pretty shape en pointe.

Weird Toe Shape
Admittedly, I accidentally ordered a size too small. However, the shape of the toe area is a bit odd, in my opinion.

Perfect ballet shoes to allow toes to pointe
These are the best ballet shoes because they allow the foot to bend :)

buy them!!!!!!!
the best ballet slipper i've ever worn in my entire life. so comfortable and actually makes my pointe look even better than it is. I'm so happy with these I would buy them 1000 times again if I had to. I'm a street shoe 38 and got them in an 7. initially ordered the 6 according to the size chart but they were way too small. 7 is perfect.

son buenas
me gustan estas zapatillas, sólo que para atinarle a mi talla fue complicado porque vienen un poco anchas tuve que pedir un número y medio menos que el mío y me quedaron muy bien.

Stretchy and Comfortable.
I have tried a lot of dance shoes and these are quite comfy. They do fit a little narrow in the toe area but the whole shoes is very stretchy. The elastics are all sewn so you literally take these out of the package and put them on and they're ready to wear. I'm still stretching them out and working them in but they are quite comfortable. I fit a solid steet shoe size 6 and ordered these in a size 3 - as the material is so stretchy. The only thing is I find the heal wants to slip off as they are so stretchy but they are becoming much better.
