The Culligan FM-100-C faucet mount filter kit mounts directly onto your existing faucet with no tools in seconds. The FM-100-C features a compact, space-saving, horizontal design and provides a simple solution for healthier & cleaner drinking water. There’s no need to buy all of those plastic water bottles which you’ll just have to recycle later. This filter improves your water’s taste and smell by reducing: lead, sediment, chlorine taste/odor, lindane (gamma-hexachlorocyclohexane), atrazine (an herbicide), light sediment and class one particulates. The filter switches easily from unfiltered to filtered water by simply pulling the diverter valve button. It automatically returns to unfiltered water when your faucet is turned off. The Culligan FM-100-C has a 200 gallon / 2 month water filter life and the built in electronic filter life indicator light will flash red when a cartridge change is needed. Service flow rate is 5 gpm, operating pressure is rated 30 -100 psi and operating temperature between 40 - 100 degree Fahrenheit. The included adaptors fit most aerator faucets (uses 55/64-27 female metal collar, 15/16-27 male adaptor included but will not fit pull-out or hand-held style faucets). This faucet filter is certified by the Water Quality Association (WQA). Kit includes Chrome faucet mount, one FM-R filter, faucet adaptors and an installed CR-2032 battery for the indicator light.
