Q: Does the keyboard have a port to connect a wired mouse? I am blind so can't see any pictures of it. thanks.

My Macally Ultra-Slim keyboard does not have a port to connect a wired mouse. The standard slim keyboards provided by Apple with desktop purchases used to have one or more USB ports. I do not know whether the Apple keyboards still do.

Q: It is hard to determine the color from the picture and it doesn't say in the description - is this keyboard white or silver?

the keys ante bottom/sides are white the plate behind the keys are silver. pretty neat and sleek too bad there is no port for the mouse

Q: How many USB ports does this keyboard have?

there is no usb port to hook up your mouse. you end up losing a usb port on your computer to accommodate the mouse. ugh.

Q: had this for a week and it just stopped working. its plugged in so what could be wrong ?
