WorsT kind of recorder. It records only noise not voice. it stops recording automatocally in middle of conversation.

Good product but non-existent tech support. I would avoid them based on the tech support experience
Product is useful and the voice clarity is pretty good.I had an issue with the software when I tried to use it. For voice activated recording you need to make some changes to a text file. That file was missing. Also missing was the encryption file.I approached the vendor theough Amazon and even through their WhatsApp support - very poor experience. At the time of writing this, I am still waiting for their response and it’s been over 24 hours.
