Easy to install and quality materials

This lock is really heavy to hold and has a great feel when you are opening the door. A great modern look. Was easy to install. Great value for the money.

I loved the square look of this and it proved to be very sturdy and elegant. A couple of installation issues: the screws that fix this are placed horizontally rather than vertically; this will not make any issues with the door itself as they screw into the handle and not any part of the doorframe, but in order to secure them, you have to keep the handle pulled down at all times that you are using your screwdriver. I found it to be a condition, but not particularly awkward or difficult. (Others here have disagreed and found it difficult.) The latch plate is the bigger issue: it has squared corners, where most US latch plates have rounded-off corners, which means your door may need you to chisel out squared corners so that the latch plate will lie flush. This is easy if you have a drill, because they are small adjustments, but if all you have is a flat-head screwdriver whose head you don’t want to ruin, it’ll take you more effort. With those caveats, I do like this lever very much. It looks great and feels substantial.

I got these for some 5 glass pane interior privacy doors and they look very custom. The frosted glass panes are horizontal and these handles mimic the shape and aesthetic of the modern doors. Super easy to install and very secure. These cost less than HALF of what I found at the big box hardware stores or other places online. These are heavy, well designed and well manufactured handles. I may be looking at doing some major handle replacements throughout the entire house because I love these so much! Now, my very rarely used formal dining room can transform from my music practice room to an extra guest bedroom simply by closing these doors and opening up the Murphy Chest Bed.

I'm using this for my front door. It feels very sturdy, similar to a heavy duty office door handle. Previously I've used a thumb press style door handle, and they always had a lot of wiggle in the thumb press lever. This lever handle feels so much better in quality, and it was only slightly more expensive than a normal handle from the hardware store.
