Not a reliable product . . .
It hardly worked for a week before I had to replace it once again with a Panasonic Ceiling fan. Take my advice buy a good product once don't waist your money on substandard products.

Very light shaky
Light weight so it wobbles a lot. Makes squeaky noise when start, slow start it takes more than 10 sec to start at full desired speed.Not recommended at this price. High price

Poor Quality
Squeaking rather loudly...needs replacement immediately. Carries a guarantee of 5 years...not working properly. Very light quality and noisy. Pls give replacement immediately. Under guarantee.

Works great, needs clearer instructions
I am happy that I have replaced the old fan that was making noises like a helicopter. Now that the fan is up it is clean and works well. The complaint I would say would be with the instructions. It wasnt clear what to do with some of the wiring. Earth wire was not connected to anything and no instructions what to do with it. It talked about the "shackle' but in the drawing there was no mention of a shackle. I figured it out in the end and got it up easily, but the instructions could have been more clearer and detailed.
