I have a bidet already. But the water pressure into my apartment is very strong. The bidet I had, is controlled with a trigger. A lot of the time it would splash water everywhere, oh and a little painful. This bidet allowed me to control the outflow of water much easier. Now, it took a while to get a grip of it and able to control the flow of water. Initially it was awkward to hold and turn on.For the hose, hidden inside the box, there are some washers you have to place inside. I made the mistake of not looking and reading the instruction. Also in the box, you get a number of bidet holder. Have it on the wall or on the side of the toilet.

Switched to a handheld sprayer after previously having the type that fits under the toilet seat.This has taken a bit of getting used to. The spray is more powerful, and adjustable but quite difficult to direct, so a bit of drying off after is required.The unit is solid and well-built. The attachent for the toilet inlet didn't work for me due to lack of room at the back of the toilet, but I was able to solve this by purchasing a 15mm tee and attaching it to the water outlet. Not the fault of the manufacturer, and I assume that it most cases it will connect just fine.All in all, it cleans my bum, which is all I ask of it. Recommended.

We really really love the bidet, but when we tried to use it for the first time three of us got soaked on three separate occassions and the water went ALL over the bathroom because we had no clue how to use it properly...! All in all lovely product but be careful when using it the first time! We may need to warn our guests or might just watch them struggle...! 😂

Well I've had it fitted and used it this is ideal four purposes cleaning the loo or washing the dog and everything in between.Great quality looks fabulous ideal.The t connection should have a switch off valve instead of being a standard so you can switch it straight off in case of leaks or in my case my grandchildren using it for water fights haha.

I have had a few of these that claim to be great quality but are generally lightweight and leak in time. This is the first that is heavy duty which is immediately obvious from the weight of the box on delivery. Everything is quality from packaging to the fittings and instructions.A great buy - at last!!
