Don't Drink A1 Milk !!: The Type A1/A2 milk issue and the BCM-7 peptide ... the devil in the milk

Interesting read!!
This is an excellent book. I'm in the process of researching the great A1/A1 A2/A2 debate. It seems over the years that cow milk has slowly been dominated by the A1/A1 genetics. The claim is that A2/A2 milk is more easily digestible by humans. It sounds like a plausible concept considering humans, and goats produce A2/A2 milk. Certain breeds of cattle such as Guernsey still mostly produce the A2 genetics. I will say that in my experience that raw milk is easily digestible whether it's A1, A2, or a mix of A1/A2. I think pasteurization, and homogenization is the problem. Still, if there's a chance that A2/A2?is more easily digestible that's what I want for my family. My concern on the validity of the study stems from the A2 company that funded the study. There's a conflict of interest with the study being done by those who profit from it. I wouldn't solely rely on the A2 company's word. Do your own research. I will say that humans and goats have the A2 milk.

Interesting science for people intolerant of milk.
Interesting information and the science behind the A1 /A2 milk craze. Basically the book claims most milk causes inflammation like issues due to recent mutations in the cows used for milk production. It offers an alternative (A2) milk which is what nature intended.
