My right ankle is now bone on bone and is very painful. I use the size for the back, but I cut it in half. That way I get twice the amount of days per box. This is the ONLY thing I have found that helps with the pain. The foot and ankle doctor told me there was nothing else he could do to help me.

Utilizo este tipo de parches térmicos muy a menudo, por mis problemas de espalda. This is a very good product
Nothing to complain about. I got the product in good time and it was the product I have always gotten in the store, I do think it was a little more expensive than usual but I can't say for sure.
