Already had a set in use on my own house and my son thought they looked great so bought him a set too. Competitive price. 14m ove the lights really good, Shame it doesn't have a timer function.

This was sent to me without a plug. The conversation with seller customer service was petty arduous. They needed proof of purchase and an order number didn't count, replies took a few days. Eventually they did send me a replacement plug via next day delivery and the lights themselves are great and look like a thick garland of light in the dark.

Pleased with these lights

Despite stating in the description that the lights have a built in memory chip which remembers your last lighting mode, that is simply not the case. Each time they come on they default to crazy, flashing combination mode which, in our case, necessitates a trip up the garden every evening to select the static mode. What's even more disappointing is the fact that I contacted customer support twice by email - the first time 10 days ago, only to receive no reply. Resent my email a few days later requesting a response - nothing. Called the helpline to assist and was told to resend the email to another email address as they were unable to help over the phone... Also bearing in mind the original email address used was provided on their dedicated Amazon support page.. Resent the email to the suggested address and still nothing. What a joke. Suggest you purchase these elsewhere.

The memory function doesn't work on these (but continue reading). Bought two sets and both doing the same. A lot of people mention this as well as receiving opened boxes, I suspect all returned and resold with same fault.I contacted the manufacturer straight away and they were the most helpful I have ever dealt with. After proving purchase they were more than happy to send out two new plugs, all of which was done within a day.If you like fast flashing as your default, or mind switching every time they are on then they won't be a problem.Otherwise, lights are a nice cool white with good features at the plug, including built in timer; albeit a basic 6 on, 18 off.Working in electronics I can sympathise with the fault, due to shortages of components poor products are being made and sometimes without the seller even knowing. They are professional at taking responsibility and replacing with no problems though.
