Lovely self help book . Will be recommending
Wonderful book which makes you appreciate life and what we have . This was a recommendation I came across . This morning whilst listening to some beautiful positive energy music . It was in the comments. I feel at a time when I needed to read it . It’s a reminder of who we are how we can make our lives better . Focus on what’s important and make things happen . Love the way it was put across . It’s a wake up of what I had started and got lost . Back on track

Prefer "Where's My Cheese?"
I enjoyed Spencer Johnson's previous book "Where's My Cheese?" so much more than "The Present".However, his books all tell a truth, and are useful because of it.This one was just a little bit harder to work with, as with the "Cheese" book you suddenly feel like your previous thoughts and flaws all suddenly become crystal clear to you, and fall into place, whereas this one was that much more obvious from the start, and therefore more like 'work' to read. But it's still useful to remind us that each moment counts...and that what we decide in that very moment is how our life will be. From that perspective, these books are a very useful tool.

Everyone should read this book!
I have read many self help books. But this one is exceptional. It puts together what has been said in so many other books in one book and in a very simple terms.I have read the principals before but I was lost how to apply them into my day to day life. The greatest thing about this book is, it gives you guidelines how to apply the principles and how to make it work with practical examples. If you want to live a happy life read this book:)

An insightful perspective
I was recommended another book by this author & in the process of looking to buy it I came across this book. It describes a journey through life using a simple rule of staying in the present. Then add elements of learning from your past and using it to plan your future. Read it and see what you think. I have certainly found a way that might help me to find my purpose in life and regain my enthusiasm again.
