Been using my back support for a while now and it really works. I only have dining room chairs at home and the lumbar support takes up a bit of space on the chair however once back in the office i believe it will work amazing on my office chair

I have had lower back problems since I graduated high school almost a decade ago. If I sit in a certain position for too long I start to feel the pain set in.I put this in my car since that’s where I spend most of my time sitting. It has made driving my car so much more comfortable! It has elastic bands that strap around the backside of the seat to keep it in place as well. Very pleased!
