Delicious memory of Tuscany trip
Very similar to the cacio e pepe sauce we had at the fabulous Tuscan agriturismo we stayed at. As I remember, theirs had more pepper than this one. Still very enjoyable. Make sure you heat it slowly, and add some of the pasta water to thin it. If only I could get the agriturismo's fresh homemade pici pasta to serve it on! Arrived in 5 days.

Followed the directions given snd this was just awful. Tasted more like velveeta than Cacio e pepe. Over priced for what you get.
