Capsules are yucky and I can't tell if it works at all...

I've tried black seed oil before but this is my first time using an extract. The capsules are easy to take and do seem potent. It does feel like they are helping out our immune systems at home. Would buy again.

This is an awesome anti inflammatory. Amazing how fast and how well it works. I was a bit hesitant that it was not oil but it seems to work better than the straight oil I used in the past
