Device will fail, DO NOT BUY
This device failed before I could even capture its bandwidth and performance on a spectrum analyzer. I am sure I will not get a refund on this one.Source/Measurement: Rigol DSA815, all options.Input was 0dbmVoltage: 15.00, board is regulated to 9v; you can actually have a wide margin above 9.6v.Output: SmokeLoad: 50ohm microwave rated dummy load. This unit has the power transistors sanded off, for the average person this makes this unit irreparable now. I did modify and put a thermal pad between the board and heatsink. Was very disappointing in this one. On the output its did have several humps, but was somewhat in the rated range. Was not able to measure or capture a screen shot before it croaked.

Works great for hf applications!
I've built a WSPR using an Arduino and a si5351. When connecting directly to the si5351 I got a solid 1w output, each is fine considering the input of 25mw. I decided to try using a pre amp, I just made a pre amp with a 2n2222 with an output around 300mw on 20m (14.095 mhz) using a small pre amp I got 3.2w out! Solid!!!! I'm leaving a 4 stars because they scratched the transistors values, but it's likely to be a bs170 little mosfet. By the way, it will work with 10v up as the device uses a 7809 to regulate the tension.I've seen the other comments on this product, some people did not have the same luck as I did, so I also recommend you to read the other comments. Cheers!

Great for ham radio experiments
I have used this amp with a preamp and a HackRF to make successful 144 MHz single sideband contacts, 222 MHz FM repeater contacts, and even a not-so-good 900 MHz FM repeater contact, even though its claim is only up to 700 MHz. My 900 MHz operation just needs a little more finesse on the software side. Judicious filtering is highly recommended.

Bad Quality
what a shame. This broke as soon as I put an antenna on it. Broke the pads to the sma clean off.

Inferrior Hardware-absolutely terrible
From 1- 700 MHz this is an attenuator, about 20 dB worth. Piece of junk. Dont waste your money unless you like the heat sink because that is all you are getting.

Pretty good overall!
Soldering on this board was pretty clean unlike some other units I've seen posted. I would recommend you remove the thermal paste and apply a new coating that covers the entire board. I've been feeding 12v to this unit and it has been running very well and 24/7 (for about a week now). So far, temperatures are great with it just being a bit warm to the touch. 4 stars mostly because this board can easily be found for half the price on other sites. Still, would easily recommend it.

Fails after less than a minute
Complete junk. I was initially skeptical about product performance versus price, but decided to give it a try. It worked beautifully for less than a minute, and then failed. No smoke, just started drawing about 1/4 of the initial current with no more output. Was using this for custom PCB antenna characterization, now will have to try something else.
