PlantronicsBlackwire C5220 Binaural Headset with USB-A & 3.5 mm Jack, Black

I purchased this headset on Saturday and received it yesterday. During that time I have used it once, for a Skype call and so far the results are very good.With my webcam the voice is sometimes garbled and the other person cannot hear me, so I have to reconnect - this only happens in Skype. I do have an old webcam to be fair. With the headset, the sound difference was very clear and much better than the webcam.My first call was 35 minutes and the headset seemed comfortable throughout. In the quick start guide they give a link to software which you can download. The companion app seems easy to use and most of the time you hardly know it is there.I will have a Zoom call this weekend so will have more opportunities to try it out but am confident it will do the job.

Good all round, comfortable but after a long call call, ears tends to hurt. Sound quality is excellent and volume more than enough. Good build quality too. Overall, a very worthwhile headset for Teams/Skype calls.

This is a very comfortable headphone. And, for the quality for price is hard to beat. Would recommend this over many wireless headphones.

Good-sounding headphones. The ability to use it with both laptop (Teams) and a phone is a real plus. Padded for comfort but I find them tiring after 2-3 hours use.

Terrible crackling sound on both set of headphones that I got via Amazon.Headphones are comfortable but a bit tight so will hurt after long period of use.

This headset is simple to use and works right out of the box.-It is WIRED, however from my experience sometimes wireless headsets can have more issues, especially in a LIVE call environment. so if you need something on the easier side of usage at the cost of mobility then this is a great choice.- Mic quality-Was very good. I joined a Zoom call with my team, and we all used the equipment we ordered.Everyone on my call complimented how good I was sounding.during a WFH session, I can work with the door to my office open and my wife can live in the house without worrying about interrupting my calls. loud surrounding sounds may be heard, but the mic focuses on your voice and the person on the other side will have no issue hearing you.- Audio -Good and more than acceptable everything sounds crisp clear and perfectly leveled.Don't expect world class hifi audio for music, this is general balanced audio.- Comfort-Over ear pads are over sized and plentily cushioned for an all day back to back call level of comfort.there is a bit of break in required but I would say maybe a couple of hours of wearing them and the soften up quite well. the metal band can be adjusted by bending it gently to adjust the tension, if you have a bigger head. so clamping force is at the desired level.for the price a very good wfh headset especially for a live call environment. it comes with a general zippered pouch.

Los devolví por lo siguiente: la parte más corta de la diadema sigue siendo muy larga, y en el fragmento rojo, realmente es elástica, por lo que no frena que la diadema se resbale un poco con los movimientos de la cabeza o simplemente porque ya llevas con rato con los audífonos puestos. En resumen: me quedaron largos. Tengo la cara un poco corta pero no demasiado, esto nunca me había pasado con otros audífonos y ya he tenido varios de diadema.En sí, el producto es bueno. Se escucha claramente. Los materiales son de muy buena calidad. Las esponjas son muy suaves, obviamente si los tienes puestos varias horas se siente, pero es normal en los audífonos de esta gama. Ademas las orejeras se giran, por lo que al guardarlos en la funda que trae no ocupan mucho espacio.También me gustó que tuvieran dos opciones para conectarse, USB y jack, que no es algo común en los audífonos.

Die Ohrbereiche sind im Berührungsbereich ( Ohrauflage) mit Stoff über den Lautsprecher-Öffnungen bezogen und verfügen über gute Polster mit Kunstlederbezug im Randbereich. Das Mikrofon bildet die Stimme sehr natürlich ab. Der Klang ist angenehm. Es gibt eine Software, die eine sehr genaue Einstellung der einzelnen Parameter ermöglicht. Das Headset verfügt über einen leichten, aber sehr stabilen Metallbügel (Textilband inkl.). Das an dem Kabel befindliche Bedienfeld, ermöglicht die Lautstärke-Regelung und das Stummschalten.Die Highlights:Bei Bewegung oder Sprechversuch erinnert das Headset an die Stummschaltung. Die Verwendung als Smartphone-Headset ist möglich, da sich das Kabel (3-fach-Steckerverbindung) einfach bei Bedarf trennen lässt. Ein gelungenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
