Great value monitor
Very pleased with this monitor, replacing a JUST-over one year old AOC that was £20 cheaper, this surprised me at how much better it is. The image quality is excellent, crisp and bright with excellent colours. For all but high-end gaming this is a great monitor.

Stunning monitor, but get a monitor arm
A stunning display and good HDR implementation. I would highly recommend picking up a monitor stand for it, as the included one does not offer the best adjustability. Games look smooth enough at 75Hz and content looks stunning with the high brightness, good contrast, and HDR. Would definitely recommend this monitor.

Skip this, buy AOC
Got this thinking of the LG name but what a disappointment. The screen was always too bright or too dim, could never find the perfect settings. Although it was adjustable but it kept rocking on my desk every time i typed. The screen was bulky too! Had a couple of dead pixels bang in the middle of my screen which really annoyed me, so after some DIY fix instructions by an Amazon CS (which couldn't fix the problem), it was determined best to return the monitor for a refund (which took 3 weeks, namely because Hermes kept turning up with the wrong sized vehicle). If you do get this and need to return it, remember to tell the CS to request a van pickup by Hermes!

Lacking picture quality
(I purchased this directly from LG, but wanted to re-assert some of the findings by other reviewers)The monitor looks really great, the build quality seems to be good, no annoying LED light, everything on the design and UX front seems great.However, I am very disappointed in the screen quality of this screen. My 3-year old AOC (same QHD resolution and IPS) which I purchased at a lower price than this LG one has a panel that far exceeds the quality of this screen.The backlight lighting is not consistent, there is significant bleeding, and the darks are not dark. What disappoints me the most is that a cheaper and older panel far outperforms this newer LG model.Separately, the HDR functionality is something you may enable once and disable a few minutes later and never touch again.Overall, I would not recommend the panel if you care at all about the picture quality.
