R3SET Day & Night Combo Pack, Calm & Unwind & Sleep Support Supplements, 28 Veg Capsules

So I have read a bunch of reviews some fantastic and some not so much. Let me state my review is not solicited I felt I needed to leave a review because this product is worth a one month trial, to see if it helps you or not. I also don't follow Hollywood and it's socialites. I purchased my first box before I even knew paris was a supporter of this product.I took this for 28 day's my first go around and then didn't have any left for a few weeks. I definitely noticed a difference. I originally tried this because it seemed like a good compound without having to choke down 5 supplements that taste well like mushed up plants and dirt. these are pleasant on the tongue. they do cost a bit but in comparison to buying everything separately you actually end up saving and did I mention if it works and you want a more relaxing outlook these are easy peasy and they do feel clean in the body.keep in mind everyone is different that is why there are so many different drugs and supplements because we are not made from a cookie cutter what some think is a waste of money may save someone else's sanityI work in a high stress environment and I feel so relieved from theseI use 1 of the am and one of the pm, the pm don't help me sleep as of yet but they do support my mood. I will leave an updated review if I notice anything after a few more months.

I’ve been using r3set for two months now and I’ve loved my experience. When I first started using them, it took me a day to experience the difference in my sleep (I have insomnia). Please note that for most people it may take longer. It was a breath of fresh air to be able to sleep for most of the night, something that had been escaping me for a long time.Now, I noticed every now and then I had morning headaches when taking both the day and night pills. I personally felt it was a bit too much for me, so I alternated since they both have the same base ingredients. I’f I’m taking unwind, I wouldn’t take calm and vice versa and it has worked splendidly. No more headaches. The calm is excellent and I feel the effects within 30 mins of taking it. Focused and better able to deal with daily stressors.Fun story, I had a huge presentation for which I’d been so nervous. I took unwind the night before and boy was I calm and solid during my morning presentation! It was incredible.

I have used EVERY supplement out there, seriously. Powders, pills, shots, you name it, but when it comes to managing my stress, chilling out, staying focused, and relaxing...I was coming up short and it was really starting to affect my professional and personal life. Add COVID and like everyone else, I was cranking it up to 11.When I happened upon R3SET, I was taking Xanax to calm my nerves and Trazadone at night to attempt sleep (and most nights it didn't work or I woke up with a sleeping aid hangover). A friend told me about R3SET, so I ordered the 5-day pack initially. To say I was floored was an understatement. I generally take Calm about 15-30 minutes before I start my Zoom meetings for the day and it keeps my nerves in check (I'm in sales), but it also helps me focus. It's like inner zen or something. On occasion, I will take a second in the afternoon if it's one of those days, but usually one lasts most of my work day. About an hour or so before bed I take Unwind to relax me and it really helps me drift off (always an issue for me) and by the time I am in bed, I am asleep in minutes. I very rarely use Xanax now and no longer use Trazadone. I am glad to be swapping out two big pharma pills for my natural supplement instead.I used to use them intermittently, but now I use it everyday and have seen even bigger benefit. I am hoping they come out with a monthly package soon so I can put it on auto-order. LOVE LOVE LOVE and could not recommend more!Pro Tip: Take a second to breathe in the smell of the capsules (I do a deep inhale of the bottle) -- you get an little aromatherapy boost with it.

The night time capsules did help me sleep but the day time capsules made me jittery, I will not be taking the remainder. Overall definitely not worth the money and I will not repurchase.

These smell and taste good and I love the addition of the suggested ritual with each use. The daytime "not today, stress" capsules worked great for me. I took one before speaking in a meeting and it really calmed me down. The evening "unwind" capsules didn't always work so great for me. I have significant trouble falling and staying asleep, so these may work better for you if you just need to relax a bit before bed. I did up my dose from 1 to 2 capsules and noticed a difference in how often I woke up during the night when I took 2. Definitely worth a try!

Not happy that this claims to be a all natural product but then use talc as a non sticking agent. Yes talc is FDA approved for small uses in food products & supplements but I’d be a LOT happier if you could find a replacement non sticking agent to use. That’s literally my ONLY complaint with this product, otherwise it’s simply BRILLIANT as a product. Finally have my daily supplement routine in one single capsule & the added nighttime capsule. Great product, great execution.
