Book was great! Everything mentioned about his life and that era was eloquently detailed. He also didn't glorify his past. He just put you in the driver's seat of the crack era and history

As a teen, growing up in the 80s in Brooklyn, these stories played out day today on the streets of the five boroughs. The book was a familiar walk down memory lane but also a cautionary tale. Glad this brother was able to share all of his experience, the good and the bad, so that the younger generation can learn. Proud that he has turned this into a thriving new business and has reconnected with his family. We are waiting for the movie brother.

Bought for my brother ended up reading it very good book

Purchased this book because I saw a video of the author explaining excerpts of the book and thought it would be a great read. It was gritty and very telling of Harlem and the drug era in those days.

I purchased this book as a gift to someone, but I purchased the audio for myself. Great read!

One of the best Stories I’ve read in a long time. A vivid cautionary tale that captures the heart of 80’s and 90’s New York Culture.

Haven’t read it yet but the book came broken and bent… other than that I look forward to reading this book!
