Product Description Belei's Vegan collection is all about using clean to skin, clean to planet ingredients where possible. That's why we seek out the greenest alternative to effective products for targeted skincare results. Belei Intensive Night Moisturiser contains Bakuchiol for skin exfoliation as it holds all of the same benefits as retinol. Hyaluronic acid, which occurs naturally on the skin, has to be reproduced for skincare. So, we use Tamarindus Indica seed instead, which is naturally occurring and just as hydrating. These are combined with vitamin B3 niacinamide and shea butter to nourish skin. It's best applied at night as this is when our skin detoxifies and repairs, meaning you wake-up looking more youthful. Cheap and cheerful
I chose a cheaper than usual face cream and got what I expected. It feels ok on the skin but is very light and watery.

Great retinol alternative
I had to stop using retinol and this has been a fantastic alternative. You can also use it everyday which is a bonus!

Doesn’t do what it claim
I took a chance on this Amazon own brand product because it seemed like it would be good quality. Not sure why, but being made in Switzerland was another pull factor for me to buy it.Since I purchased it I’ve been using it at night after my cleansing and serum routines, but I finally threw in the towel on the product as, in the mornings, my skin feels dry and uncomfortable. This product is not for me. Would not recommend if you are looking for a plumped, soft to the touch/feel to your skin in the morning.

Not as good as the reviews
This is an ok product, probably better for oily skin. Im on the dry side and its not very moisturising for a moisturiser. It smells ok, its constancy is nice in the pot but a bit waxy in the skin, it doesn't soak in like better brands. I think i'll go back to my old one.

A good, if not excellent, moisturiser with interesting ingredients and decent results
Overall, I thought this was a decent night-time moisturiser. The cream is easy to apply, you do not need more than a small pea-sized amount of product to cover the face and neck. It is very easy to rub the cream into the skin. I did notice a small oily 'film' to the moisturiser, which meant that my face had an oily sheen immediately after application, but that did also absorb into my skin in a few minutes, so I just needed to remember to use this cream five or ten minutes before putting my face near my pillow and going to sleep. The cream is scented which may put you off if you prefer an unscented night time cream, which I must admit I usually do, however the scent is pleasantly floral and dissipates quite quickly after application. In the morning my skin felt fine. I feel as if other night-time moisturisers I have tried have given better overall results, this Belei moisturiser didn't give my skin any noticeable plumpness or reduction in fine lines; this may be because my skin is used to the hyaluronic acid and retinol in competing brands' products, but I did welcome the chance to try some different "greener" alternatives to those particular chemicals.Overall, this was a decent moisturiser that worked well; it didn't blow me away with incredible results but my skin did still look and feel refreshed with use.

Drying but effective
I found this moisturiser to be drying on my skin..however this also happens when i used retinol based products. The key ingredient in this product claims to be a vegan version of retinol therefore it seems like it is doing what it is meant to.This product is not immediately moisturizing though, so be advised that by applying this cream your skin does not feel moisturised. You'll need to use another product alongside for moisture.I noticed the skin around my nose felt drier than usual after day two and felt stingy however I do have sensitive areas on my skin and after i used another moisturizing serum in the day this went away.I had to use my morning serum and spf 30 moisturiser in the morning to counteract the dryness but now my skin definitely feels more hydrated. This product is very effective but if you are buying for intense moist.. you may be disappointed as you will need to use treatments in the day to counteract the dry. Being a night treatment however I appreciate the dry application as it means I you're unlikely to get spots as the product is not oily at all. It's important that you use atleast SPF30 moisturiser during the day as you would if you use retinol to best protection.

Good results - But tight feeling dry skin after some days, A little stinging too
Using this has been straightforward for me, just a little on the fingertips and spread it on the face and neck at night before bed. My skin must be a bit sensitive - I get a little bit of a stinging feeling after using this so I made sure to use no more than needed each night. After three nights of use my skin felt almost uncomfortably tight and a bit dry - so I paced my usage a bit and stopped for a few days - my skin looked great and the tight feeling was gone. Now for me perhaps the night moisturiser is a bit too active, so I wouldn't use it every night and would suggest spacing it out. It does give good results on the skin, and has a nice smell and is contained well for use over time. Id recommend you to pace your use of this at first and get a good idea of it it reacts to your skin, with 94.9 percent natural ingredients I wouldn't have though my skin would become dry and sting at all in use.
