The Donovan Legacy Collection: Captivated, Entranced, Charmed, Enchanted (Donovan Legacy Series) MP3 CD – Audiobook, April 26, 2016

I love Nora Roberts and this series is imaginative, whimsical, and full of adventure and romance. Her forte. Anyone who is unfamiliar with her work would still find this delightful, in my opinion.

My primary reason for waiting to buy multiple-book series when they are issued in one volume is to ensure that I will be reading them in order, with no lag time between books. The least they can do is put the series together in the order in which they flow. When I went from Book 1 to Book 2, I thought it was probably a fluke and the the rest would be order. Nope, Book 3 is out of order, which means, of course, that book 4 is, as well. I deducted a star on account of this. The other star was deducted because, while entertaining (I have to admit that I skip over the more intimate parts, not because I'm a prude, but because I find them tacky....all that "plundering" of various body parts, etc. is a bit overdone...almost like copy-and-paste from one manuscript to the next), there was something lacking, although I can't put my finger on exactly what it was. Draw your own conclusions as to whether or not it's worth paying the price for them.

Who can go wrong reading about the Donovans and their newly found loves.

Well, I was hoping to this might be fixed at some point, but I see the complaints go back to 2013, so I guess not. At this price, the least the publisher could have done was put the books in the correct order. The books are fun to read, but one star subtracted for reversing the first two books. Any chance of a fix for this?

Old fashioned girl who loves to read actual books. These came in on time and in perfect condition!

Have these in paperback and wanted for my Kindle. As always great series... but the stories are not in the correct order!Her website even shows Captivated is book 1. Not Entranced! Luckily Kindle has a go to feature. However first time readers will be reading it out of order without knowing.So first time readers.... The correct order is...CaptivatedEntrancedCharmedEnchanted

I have read other books by this author and enjoyed them. I particularly enjoy the continuity of the family members. I have not read a book from Nora Roberts that I didn't like...
