I needed wristbands as I am doing yardwork. I use these every single time I have my YardTime to make sure that my wrists are secure, pain-free, and protected. A very good purchase.

I fell and caught myself a couple of months ago, injuring my wrist. I have been treating it with cold laser and other methods. During this time, I've bought three different types of wrist supports. The supports with the thumb hole are made of neoprene. I really don't know why, but after I wear those supports the skin in the web of my hand next to my thumb gets so sore. That support helps my wrist not hurt so much, while wearing it thought. While I'm waiting for my appointment to possible get a shot of cortisone I decided to order this set of two supports. Let me tell you that these supports are great! They don't move around while I'm wearing them. They have an elastic hook and loop fastening system that allows you to easily adjust how tight you want it to be. My appointment is in two days to see if I get a fun shot of cortisone.

I just received this item today and haven't had a chance to see how it works long-term, but I wanted to let other small women know that if you have very small wrists, the size "small" should fit you (unless they change manufacturers or product design). I am 98 pounds and my wrist is 5.5 inches around at its most narrow point. My forearm is not much bigger. This brace fits snuggly, and I am surprised!Here's what I will say, though. I'm not an occupational therapist. I bought this for crafting and not exercise. It is tight enough that it cuts off the circulation to my hand somewhat. So while this says nothing about the quality of the product, I'll recommend that anybody who is randomly buying one of these to deal with pain or discomfort should contact a healthcare provider to figure out exactly what they need and how much support should be applied to the joint. Something this tight could seriously mess up your wrist and hand by cutting off circulation, compressing the nerve, etc, if not used properly under the guidance of a clinician.I mention all of this because it's tight enough that my fingers tangled after while wearing it for 10 minutes. Please, take the steps to get professional care related to your joints. If you mess them up for good you are hosed. Trust me on this... I know of what I speak. Womp womp.

Works great for my wife's sore wrists

I needed something to give my wrists some support as I have a slight case of carpal tunnel. I wear them when I am doing work in the yard and they give me just enough support to keep me pain free. I love the extra band that allows me to control the tightness. I've washed them by hand and they retain their stretch and support. I am very pleased with this purchase.

It didn’t help like I had hoped.

I took a nasty fall and caught myself with both hands. I'm like 5'7" weighing 180+, so it hurt!In fact the doctor said it fractured my left wrist. They were focused on the nasty cut needing stitches to my forehead. They gave me a wrist brace with metal, but no instructions how long to wear it.I learned online that healing mostly occurs between six and eight weeks after the fracture. My job is mostly at the keyboard. I really didn't want to wear that metal brace for two months.I got HiRui Wrist Braces instead. My wrist felt firmly protected. True, this brace didn't prevent lateral movement as well as the metal. Even so, it was much easier to tolerate in the early months of summer. I had to wash it a couple of times because the sweat gave it an odor. It held up well with handwashing.I used to do deadlifts and bench-presses. HiRui Wrist Braces would be great for that! Highly recommend.

It is perfect
