The city is an ancient spice trading hub, and India’s cultural capital. And they’ve certainly perfected the art of street food over the last few centuries. WHO WE ARE: We’re a family of foodies and restauranteurs with a passion for street food. Adam is the ‘Explorer’, hunting out hidden inspiration from some of the world’s most exotic locations. Together with Mum the ‘Spice Master’ and Dad the ‘Curry King’, we create wonderful pastes and sauces for you to enjoy! - We’re fascinated by Street Food - the art of hot cooking on the streets. Dishes are served from stalls, carts and hole-in-the-wall restaurants using local ingredients, typically run by the same family for generations, using recipes that may not have changed for centuries. We think exploring street food stalls can be the best what to learn about a culture. So let us take your taste buds on a journey through some of the world’s best kept secret street foods.
