It is good for money as the set has everything I need in it and you get a bag and a information sheet. I am happy with this product.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality for such a reasonable price, I really can't fault the quality, so far anyway. My only complaint is that the bands are not in pairs so you can only do one arm/leg at a time, which isn't ideal for shoulder injuries etc.

Hi again you doing all the hard work make it simple and more effective. There is 6 bands okay make them in kg 10/2 20/2 30/2 this way you can do easy one band start of 10 all the way up to 120 . Many thanks great fun and good quality

The band set arrived quickly and was exactly what I was expecting. It all packs away nicely into a bag for storage. All the bands seem well made and the fittings for the handles, ankle and door seem like they will last well. You get 2 sets of handles and 2 sets of door fittings. I've knocked one star off as the carabiners are pretty rough around the gate. I've had to use a file o take the burrs off as I thought they may damage the material when putting the handles on. Otherwise very pleased.

Great used as warm up prior to free wieght training workout. Or temp substitute whils waiting for injury to heal

I bought these bands to add to my collection as I needed heavier resistance and the other brand of resistance bands are no longer available.They came in a decent carry bag and look fine, but, compared to the other bands, the resistance is way off... So either one brand is falsely advertising the correct resistance, or they're both incorrect.But, I guess you get what you pay for and I've only used these ones a couple of times.I also found that you can not perform a shoulder press standing up, as I can with other bands.They're ok for a beginner, or someone slight of build.
