Fit my 2016 ford explorer limited 2.3l and works great

After using for 1 month, this cpmpressor went out on me. I would suggest purchasing.

The grounding plate is backwards and the picture shows that it comes with studs. It does not come with studs, so don’t break the old ones. Other than that it is good to go.

Had to return this compressor. It was the right size for my 2017 explorer, but it didn't work. 😭. I had to purchase another compressor and had to wait 2 weeks in 80+ degree weather. It would've been nice if this had worked in the first place.

Ordered for 2012 ford explorer, and it did not fit, I returned for a refund.

there was a small hiccup with the ac clutch being a different design from my factory unit. I called the company directly and they assured me it will work since that was the only difference. Everything else looked right, it bolted in and plugged up and has been working fine for 3 months now. Considering what the dealer wanted for one I was happy to give this one a try at 1/5 the cost of dealer price.
