The regular mouth seals are 70mm outside diameter and 51mm inside. The wide mouth seals are 87mm outside and 70mm inside. Both are 1.5mm thick. They fit the plastic Ball lids perfectly and they fit most other lids well enough to make them air and water tight.

Q: Do these fit inside regular white Ball plastic lids?

There are two sizes of the rings available—regular mouth and wide mouth. For regular lids (about 3" outer diameter), get the regular rings. For wide lids (about 3 5/8" outer diameter), get the wide rings.

Q: Have any that would fit 32oz widemouth mason jar?

The Silicon sealing ring gaskets linked to this request for information gives the option of either regular mouth or wide mouth. If you order the wide mouth option it will fit your wide mouth "Mason" jar reguardless of the jars volume. This is not sutable for pressue canning, but will seal the jar with "Ball" or other plastic lids that fit "Ball", "Mason", jars etc.. I use these to store dry goods and dehydrated goods and or opened pressure canned jars like pickles and jelly in the fridge. I hope this helps

Q: How does one best remove these silicon sealing rings from the lids for cleaning?

I’ve had no problem removing either the regular or wide seals from mine. All of my lids are manufactured by Ball, I don’t know if others are more difficult.
