I was looking for something that was just dehydrated potatoes (like Bob’s Red Mill). By the description and pictures it seemed like these were just potatoes. I was disappointed when they arrived and the ingredients listed other ingredients.

The potatoes are great and easy to prep! No additives and do what dried potatoes are supposed to. 😂As I am Buddhist, the wee little Book of John is not something I need with my potatoes. I understand "why" in this day and age the seller sends them, but thought I'd mention it in case this could be a deciding factor for some...
