Customers don’t buy this product. It really doesn’t help in correcting the swimming head because doesn’t do anything ti control went turning to breathing. Better use a snorkel.

I'm wearing this now since 2-3 weeks and still didn't feel it. I think it is due to the fact that I'm still working on my breathing, turn, arms etc.. I think as soon as I get all movements in order I'll be able feel it. Until than I need something with electroshock or something:) The design is very minimal and fits perfectly behind the head. The fact that you can attach it to your own goggle is also good, since one more strap means more stuff to deal with.

L'oggetto è molto utile per correggere la postura della testa, soprattutto nella bracciata stile libero o nella rana. Bisogna fare qualche tentativo per posizionarlo in modo corretto. Consigliato soprattutto ai principianti.

Not worth it for the money, because it's just a small piece of plastic. Consider it if the price drops to under $10.00.
