My Pittie mix loves this bed! We ordered it to try and transition her off our bed into something she’d feel safe and secure in. She really just sinks into the middle of the bed like a tiny ball - which I think she loves it because she’s burrowed into something that cuddles her back. She literally -without any fuss- hoped straight into bed and went to sleep. She’s 8 months! So proud! The photos above are of when we initially took it out of the box. Haven’t figured out how washing will go but I really hope it’s not as complicated as people are making it seem! … Also when I purchased this XL bed it was approximately $118.00 and within 3 days I now see it listed as $208.00. Huge jump. Minus a star for that.

At first she did not want to get on it. So to get my girl on it I brushed her with her brush and then brushed the bed to get her scent in it. Now she doesn’t leave it unless it’s time for food or a walk

My dogs LOVE this bed! It is beautiful and very high quality!! It is so fluffy! They just sink into bed like they are on a cloud. I love that the cover comes off and is washable. For reference my dogs are around 14lbs each and I got them the small bed.

my Penny is a 5 year old terrier mutt who just settled for a dog bed. but when I opened this dog bed her life changed forever. she loves this bed so much!

This is the second Bessie & Barney bed I have bought. The first was bought from the company direct. I have to say my dogs love them. I also liked that they were not made in China. The zipper photo is from the first bed, but the second photo bed was a lot better. However, the ties on both!!! Getting the bed back together again is just seems impossible with these ties! So I have left them untied but the bed does not seem to be the same. The beds don’t seem at supportive without them. I put a foam crate pad underneath and that does seem to help and my dogs seem still to like them and the material is very soft and silky, but taking off the cover to wash seems just too difficult. I love them and hate them!

My greyhound loves his new XL bed. He couldn't wait for me to put it in the living room (pic of him laying on it in the hallway). He's a very tall greyhound (30" at the withers), so the XL bed was a must - we got the L first and returned it after taking one look at it. There isn't much padding in the middle of the bed, so we tossed it on top of another one of his beds (a nice orthopedic bed, but even an inch thick memory foam kennel pad will work). I haven't washed it yet, but past experience with this kind of fabric tells me to wash it inside out and in a mesh laundry bag (think of it as a huge lingerie bag).
