Easy to use with great results
What fun!!! It takes a while to put in the curlers, took me about 30 minutes by myself. Use a very small amount of damp hair with each one so you can pull it through the curler easily. If you have to tug, start that one over because you have too much hair in the curler. You should not lose hair with these! I kept mine in overnight. Before you pull the curler off, straighten it so you're not tugging your hair. If straight, the curler comes right off and my curl stayed in place afterwards. After I pulled off all the curlers, I puffed my hair a bit. Love the curls down my back!!

No heat Works!
My hair is naturally a weird texture mix of curls and waves and straight pieces and it’s only gotten more oddly textured since I’ve dyed it and used some heat tools on it for years. But now I’m growing my hair out for my wedding and decided I’d like to not use heat products any more. It comes with 2 of the sticks to pull your hair through, they are in three pieces each, but I decided to make one only 2 pieces long and the other three pieces long. You can use a dryer with them if you really are in a rush and it works the same! But if you have thick hair, like me, it takes a very long time to put the curlers in, because you gotta make sure you put tiny sections in so that it doesn’t knot your hair up. I had to order 2 packs because of my hair being so thick, and once my undercut grows out I think I’ll have to have another pack! What I do is I make sure my hair is wet or at least damp then i’ll add some hair oil of my choosing to all of my hair then I’ll section my hair into 2 at the top, preplanning my hair sectioning as I do, and I leave out a layer of the underside of my hair and start in the back, I find it’s easier if you start in the back and work forward for each layer you do. Then with my bottom layers out, I grab the stick and put it through the curler so that the curler is on it and then I hook my hair through the stick and then with my thumb I hold open the hole on the curler while also helping keep the hair in the hook until the opening of the hook is safely in the curler enough then I let go completely of the hook and just press the hole of the curler so that it stays open while I pull the hook and my hair through the other end slowly. I noticed if I go too fast or don’t hold the hole of the curler open, it’s more likely to pull my hair and knot it. It sounds complicated but it’s not once you get the hang of it. Plus it so far seems way better for hair than the heat stuff. I just do the same process over and over again and if any part of my hair is a bit dry before I get to it I just add a little water into my hand then put it in that section, I think a mist bottle or spray bottle would be better though, I’m just too lazy to buy. Takes me probably an hour and a half to put in? Not sure. You CAN sleep in them, but it takes a little adjustment. I like to put them in after I shower so I typically sleep right after that, my cats like to chew on the curlers so I gotta cover them up with a towel or blanket, so it makes it dry slower that way. But if I put them in my hair and just do stuff around the house for about 4-5 hours it’s dry then (I never check before that many hours because I’m worried it’ll not be dry but it probably is dry within an hour or two, realistically) I put a bandana around my face so I can tie the curlers out of the way. They are a little heavy when you have a bunch of them on so they get annoying. Overall, I really like them. Only have used them for a week or so though, hopefully I don’t go bald. Oh, and usually my hair stays curly until I brush it out or shower. When I brush it it just looks a little less curly kind of wavy. I tried to see how long they last when I’m sleeping and i made it three days without wetting them again and the curls were still good just got oily :( that’s a me problem tho. TLDR: works like it should. Takes a while to put in. Kind of annoying to sleep in. I love them.

Not super easy to use & cheap quality but great curls
I bought these curlers for colorguard hair & practiced a few times in the days before my first show. It takes several tries to figure it out, and the first few times it took almost 2 hours to do my whole head. Once you figure out the right placement it’s not horrible though, just tedious and a bit tiring for my arm. The key is TINY pieces, I don’t have that much hair but I just ordered another set so I could do smaller pieces and still get it all done at once. My biggest issue was that about 4 curler pieces came with rips in them so they were unusable (hair would get stuck) and one of the curling rods came with the end that connects to the top part damaged. It looks like it had been snapped. I bought the one with 2 rods specifically so I could have someone help me and we could get them done quick the night before a show but it’s unusable. I tried taping it together and it kept coming apart. I didn’t return it because I needed to use the curlers and didn’t have time to wait for another set to come in. I’m hoping hot glue will work because I really need the extra rod. The curls were fantastic but it doesn’t seem like the best quality since it came damaged. If you’re willing to spend a lot of time and effort putting them in, I say go for it, the results are great! They’re not for everyone or for daily use but they’re nice tight and well formed curls that work great for my purpose, aka colorguard. (I put them in the night before with mousse and damp hair and wear a massive bonnet to keep all the curlers in. It’s not the most comfortable to sleep on but sleeping on a squishmallow helps!)

It works but...
It does in fact work. I did get smooth defined curls from it using mousse, gel, and sitting under a hooded dryer for 30 min. It took me about 3 hours to install it, but that's probably because of the learning curve, and the fact the I needed more for my hair. Now the cons. It's HEAVY. Maybe I'm just tender headed, but I can feel them tugging at my scalp due to the weight. I know I could've gotten shorter ones, but imagine if my hair was longer and I wanted to use these? Not to mention that I actually needed more (you need to use small sections to fit in the hair without struggling, hence the 3hrs), it would have been even heavier. Con #2- It's mesh, but it's hard mesh. Which wouldn't make them comfortable to sleep in. I only mention this because many of the videos I watched had shown people leaving them in overnight since their marketed as heatless curls. Some say the mesh makes it softer and easier to sleep in, but because it's hard mesh it doesn't compress down. Honestly perm rods would be more comfortable since they lay flat against the head. Con #3- It's near impossible to clean. It's inevitable that you'll get shed hairs stuck in the curl formers and if you're trying to fish them out it's an uphill battle. It kind of acts like those Chinese finger traps when trying to get the hair out. Even using thin tweezers in-between the mesh is a challenge. All-in-all, it did what it was advertised to do, but i had to return it for the reasons above. I think I'm better off with regular perm rods.

Me gusto el resultado que tienes cuando te los pones. Lo engorroso es ponértelos y quitártelos pierdes mucho tiempo

These were so fun to play with. They really work great. You have to take your time and use small bits of hair at a time. Go slow so you don’t break the wand. There is a learning curve but there’s some very helpful YouTube tutorials out there. These are great!
