Overall Review: 3 StarsThe sound quality of the microphone is good but only if you’re talking directly into it. If you have it placed on your collar or anywhere other than in front of your mouth, which defeats the purpose of this type of microphone, the quality isn’t very good.You need to increase the gain of the microphone in order for the sound to be understandable but doing this comes with background interference which doesn’t sound professional or pleasing at all the the listener.If you’re purchasing for just phone calls, it’s not a bad choice. But anything professional, such as an interview, I do not recommend this product.

I've got Dragon voice recognition software and have struggled to get a decent quality mic that doesn't occupy vast tracks of desk space. Lapel mics have proved adequate but accuracy can be affected. Not so with this one. I'm pleased with the product. It's not the cheapest out there, but it's the best I've tried. The only criticism is the fiddly clip. I can't see it lasting. It's no problem as I've got a couple, but it is a surprising cheapskate move as the rest of the item appears to be high quality.I do voice-overs for my videos and the reproduction is surprisingly good.As I say in the title - Recommended.

My item did not work. At all. Tried changing settings, swapping connectors, daisy chaining but nothing I did made it work. Maybe it was something I was doing wrong but I tried my other cheap-and-cheerful mic in the same device and it worked fine. Go figure?

Awful. Tried to use it once but the sound was better on the recorder without it! Awful, returned. Better spending a bit more and getting something of better quality.

Good value mic. I train groups using ms teams every day. The web cam and the internal laptop mic are ok, but I wanted better. MS teams picks up the mic with one plug, but it does hear the sound. But with the two plugs...perfect. Sound quality excellent. Really happy with mic.

It's ok for the price and does the job. However, if you're after a professional sound I would possibly spend a little more. It sounded a little muffled and wasn't the sound quality I was looking for. Like said, for the price you can't really complain though.

Ideal for use with iPad when using video conferencing with Skype or MS teams. My built in iPad mic quality sounded distant and attracted complaints from telecon attendees. This plugs into the 3.5mm jack and produces a much clearer and natural sound.

Sound recording is excellent, comes in small package easy to setup and use.Works on my PCGreat on my Sony cameraideal for blogging and youtube presentations.
