If you don't know what size to get: the longer belt is about 30 inches (about 76 cm) at its shortest length. Measure your waist - if you are under 30 inches, go with the smaller belt! I love that they are so stretchy and comfortable. They'll adjust so easily if I gain or lose weight. The multiple colors cover almost any situation in which I'd need them. Their width is not too wide or narrow so fits most belt loops perfectly. They're useful for both casual and more dressy situations. All in all, I love this purchase!

I don't care for buckles because of having a bulge at the waist. So then, I didn't wear belts, but pants would slip an inch or so down to my waist. I dealt with this for many years. Finally decided to try these belts and they work wonderful. Pants stay up and no bulge in the front.

I like the fact it stretches and I can breathe but it also works nicely to tighten my pants so no gap in the back! I probably could have gotten the smaller size but it is adjustable and the 4 colors are great!

Typical belts snag my shirts so i thought I would try these. I wear an 18 pant so i bought the 16+ they are really big. The buckel is thick from the elastic and hard to get through all the loops of my pants, if i had a smaller size it would be less bulk to get though fewer loops. But.. work great.

These belts came in handy and I can wear them with just about any outfit.. Great buy
