Used sold as new
Broke after a few months of use. Asus says that the computer was used sold as new.

Great buy for a light/entertainment computer
This is a great little computer. It is NOT a gaming computer, so don't buy then complain that it doesn't play AAA games. This is great for office work, as an entertainment center, or any other light computer operation. I have had 0 issues with it.

Seriously underpowered computer
I must admit that I thought I was ordering a computer with solid-state storage, not a pretty-small 500 GB HDD storage. In addition, the computer had only 4 GB of RAM, a lot of which was taken up by Windows 10. As a result, the machine was unacceptably slow. It could not even manage windows updates without hanging and needing to be hard stopped and restarted. It took a long time to get my refund from the supplier and it was about $100.00 less than I paid for the machine. I am not sure why the shortfall. But, at least I got the rest back.
