This box has become a staple for the kids.No more stale cereal since someone left the bag or box open. No more 'he/she got more than me.' No more milk running on the table....well there is still that but it is not for lack of cereal!These cups are a perfect size for teens and adults. I get no 'I'm still hungry complaints nor do they ask for another right after. They stay fresh very well and the top seals do not pop open easily like some others have.Age range: Adults and Teens. If you have high metabolisim 6 to 10 year olds they would finish this easily too. 3 to 5 years may not unless you are using them as dry cereal for in between snacks in ziplocks.

At first glance you might think these cereal cups are overpriced, but they are really not. First, each cup has a good portion of cereal and the cup is sturdy so the milk doesn't leak through, but the best part is that because they are portion controlled and you only use one at a time your cereal is always fresh, unlike the cereal in a box where I always end up throwing half or more of it out because it goes stale. Unless you have a large family and you're going through a box of cereal a day, this is a much more practical choice. I do wish they created a healthier assortment as another option. These cereals are on the high sugar end, which is another reason why I appreciate that they are portion controlled so my child doesn't overfeed himself and head straight for a sugar rush.
