Apply to hurting areas. Feels like hot when applied to non hurt area- oops . Left pink mark . Easy to place on, and remove. Just a fancy version of an icy hot patch, feels like Bengay though .

I was very hopeful and wanting to order several products from The Good Patch after reading about it. I ordered the sooth patch, tried it 2 times in different locations and it made it worse than it was before i put it on. Burned w/in 20 min and had to take off asap.

I love(d) the good patch products for refresh ,period cramps and rest but these were terrible! Both me & my husband had terrible skin reactions to this particular patch and will never recommend this type to anyone . We have no allergies s d this burned each of us, itched abs provided fire pains

These are terrible. For starters, they’re very small. It’s a 1.5” square. The small size ends up being a good thing, because rather than ease pain, they hurt. They burn. AND they left a residue after being pulled off.I bought these for my husband, and he hated them. I decided to try a couple - on my back and on my foot. I didn’t like them either.I have an unopened packet of pouches, and I’m just going to trash them.

Within 1 hour had to remove due to burning and turning skin red.

It helped to relief my knee pain.

Great! Does relieve pain!
