I use to buy cat litter that came in the plastic bins but after constantly throwing away bin after bin and hating the litters, I started buying litter that comes in bags (Dr. Elsey's to be exact). The first bag I got, I made a HUGE mess all over my floor and I had made so many holes in the bag trying to dump it into my cats litter box. After the first bag, I went on a hunt for a bin to put the litter in. I looked into getting another Gamma Vault as I use one of those for cat food but it didn't seem like it would do the job.Somehow I stumbled across this and wow am I glad I did! It is so convenient to be able to wheel my litter across the room from my storage closet to my cats litter box. It also has a spout that you can open/close - I haven't used that much as it is too heavy when full of litter for me to lift. So far I have just been using my own scoop to scoop it out but I know the spout will come in handy as it gets lower. It did to my surprise fit a whole 40lb bag of Dr. Elsey's.I really am thankful to have found this product so far. I've only had it for a few weeks so I can't say how it will hold up in the long run but it seems pretty solid so I am hopeful that it will last me and my cat a very long time!

We buy the big bags of cat litter and it's so hard for me to poor it into the litter box straight from the bag without making a huge mess. This made it so it's mess free to pour it but also stores better than just the bag on the closet floor. It works well. The lid is a bit flimsy but not too bad. Would buy again.

Love that this comes with wheels and a handle and a spout. So much easier to move around than having just the box a litter, keeps it sealed a lot better as well and is easy accessible!

This is a pricey product, but it IS well built and good quality. My main beef with it is that it's actually too large (width wise) for me to pick up and pour into my litter robot so I've had to use a scoop rather than the pouring spout. If I had a traditional litter pan this wouldn't be a problem, it's very easy to lift and tip to use the spout. The container is still convenient for storing litter and rolling around, so I'd still say it's a good product but simply not fully compatible with litter robot pans.

I fill this with cat litter and it rolls around just fine while tightly sealed holding a 40lb bag of cat litter. I use a big (ice scoop) to get it out and into the litter robot. Love this because my cats tear open any bag but they can’t get into this.

We buy litter and it comes in a bag. It was a pain to refill the litter box. We would lose so much in spills. This container is purrfect (see what I did there?). Easy to pour and it holds a ton!

I bought two. One for litter, and one for food. It holds both well, with some caveats:The one for food: I think it's easier for us to just open the whole lid to access, considering we only need a small amount of food for our kitties rather than using the spout. Not a flaw of the container, but it means we're actively opening and closing this one on a daily basis. It's strong and sturdy with two locks on both sides.The one for litter: Pouring the litter in simple, and using the spout for filling the litter boxes is great. I'm not sure that this is really saving us much on litter dust, but I suppose it's easier to wheel around instead of lugging a huge bag of litter.Other: The handles are convenient for moving it around, and cleaning these should be easy.The only thing I think could be a plus if included as a bonus is maybe a measuring cup and/or solid scoop of some sort for handling/dealing with smaller controlled amounts of litter or food. But still a good product.

I use this for my cat litter Which makes it much easier to Put into place in order to change or replace the litter. Would be excellent For use If your pet is a dog of Medium or large size, to. store their food

I couldn't lift the litter bags and needed to find a solution. These bins have done the trick. I can wheel them to the litter boxes, take the lid off and scoop out the litter. No back pain. They are very sturdy able to hold at least a ten pound bag of litter. The wheels work smoothly and the opening spout is a bonus. I would buy them again.

Bit expensive for what they are but they are well made, I now have 3 of these containers as I use 2 for storing dry kibble and 1 for litter. Easy to use and wheels are very handy although optional. Would recommend these containers despite being a bit pricey but they do keep pet food fresh and litter is much easier to pour out of one of these compared to the thin bags they come with.

Can’t believe we didn’t buy this earlier. So much easier and cleaner than pouring litter from a bag. Good quality product.

I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality and design of this product. The handle is very sturdy and makes it easy to pour without over pouring. It has a little latch that closes over a spout to keep the food fresh and the wheels were a snap to install and make it easy to move the food along with the tall handle on top. I would highly recommend this product.

Ease of movement when full of heavy cat litter, easy to push wheels in and tighten nut. Came within 24 hours. One of those things you don't realise how much you need it until you have it
