Orton Junior Pyrometric Cone 06 measures 1-1/8 in and has a temperature of 1873 deg. When the heat absorption temperature of the ware reaches its exact limit, the cones will shut off the power to the kiln. It is compatible with Dawson kiln sitter and is sold as 50 per box.

This product is not what they tell you! They advertise it as a cone 6. But really what they send you is a cone 06.

Great find
Arrived on time and in perfect shape. Very pleased.

Cones do not easily seperate
Cones shipped in a timely matter. They seemed to work properly. The perforations between attached cones were not well made and none could be seperate easily with my hands. I had to use pliers and I broke one in the process. I expect a high rate of breakage. Over all I am dissatisfied with this item because the individual cones will not separate easily.

First picture wrong but product right. Good deal. Will buy again. Even got extras.
Received package on first day. Cones all identical just over an inch long or so ...Pink.. Says 50. Actually had 53 and 1/2. Assuming these fire to the proper temperature, I will order again.
