I use my leatherman every day at work and the one that comes with it sucks! Once you adjust the screws it fits nice and secure!! Worth it!!

I have owned my Surge Leatherman for years, and have just used the nylon velcro case it came with, which i always disliked do to you have to take your belt off to slide it on/off and velcro seems so cheap and with a limited life span as well. I always wondered why it didn't come with a leather case (hence the name)! I decided to look into purchasing one after all these years, but in my search I ran into this Kydex case, and after looking it over the best I could from the screen of my laptop, I decided it was what I was truly looking for. Obviously like most things you purchase online, you never truly know what a product will be like until you get in your hands and put it into use. I will say I am amazed of the quality and the craftsmanship that was put into this, as well as the ease and comfort and accessibility of my multi tool and it looks great! I am a maintenance electrician so I utilize my surge alot, and I will say this thing is amazing. It's snug fit ensures me my high dollar multi tool won't be laying on the floor or in someone else's pocket by days end. I definitely highly recommend you get one of these bad boys for any of your multi tool needs!

This is the perfect fit for my tool. This is the second one i have purchased, one for a different Leatherman tool.It fits perfectly into the holder it doesn't slip out or rattle around. It's easy to adjust and the belt clip is tight and will not slip off.

First off, great retention. Cool look and excellent concept. That said its uncomfortable to fiddle with constantly and less comfortable thanbthe case the surge comes with.Also has some definite rough almost sharp edges that will scrape/tear at a vehicle or any other seat. Surge also comes with a spare blade and this provides no means of carrying it, slightly reducing the versatility of the multitool. While the case provides a sttorshe spot and 3 additional slots for pens or other small items.Again its a great concept and decently made... however its simply just not better than the case my tool already came in.So cant really call it an upgrade..it just looks good. I prefer maximized function over tacti-cool fashion.

Perfect fit. Sturdy and durable

I like the design, however the screws that allow one to adjust the cant of the holster are a bit anemic and don't hold well, and the belt clip does not retain itself to my belt at all. I have had it and my leatherman fall off my belt when I am working in a steel mill, this is not acceptable.

Love this thing the build quality is great, ease of use and functionality is awesome and it fits real well!
