This is a journal but the pages do not have a variety of journal prompts. I was hoping it would have insightful questions to journal about different topic for shadow work. This journal just has one question and than the same page. So it is a book full of the same pages.

It was so so... Simple and not really in depth enough to keep my attention.

This isn't anything of what i thought it would be . I would like to return it cause i don't see a real is use for it.
