Helps Photophobics Like Me
These glasses are very helpful for me because I suffer from light sensitivity. This is the second pair of Retro Eyeworks Anti-Strain Glasses I have purchased. I use one with a 1.5 correction at the computer and one without any correction to walk around with. I would buy another pair with a 2.5 correction for general reading, but the limited frame colors would make it difficult to keep track of which was which.

These glasses are GREAT! I haqve trouble reading the screen and after a while my eyes react tot he white screen and I just cannot see it. Witht the tinted glasses I have no problem seeing and can do my work well.

Work very well
I spend all day working on a computer. These did help my late afternoon vision and headaches. They are little narrow and press against my head to point where I do need to remove them periodically. Overall I do like them but will look for a wider pair.

Excellent Glasses
These glasses are excellent readers with anit strain for electronic use. They are comfortable and well made for non-prescription readers.

Love them!
Love these glasses - lightweight and comfortable. The tinting does make a difference to help with eye fatigue from the screen.

I have no experience with other similar glasses to say if they work better or worse
They seem to work for the intended purpose, there's a solid yellow tint which is intended to filter out blue/uv light to help reduce glare and eye strain. I've been wearing them about a week now at the office and they seem to help a little bit. I have no experience with other similar glasses to say if they work better or worse. Other reviews seem to have measured that these block more blue light than many other glasses. So for this I'd give 4.5 stars.Where they lose some points for me is on value. Initially they look really nice, the case and bag they come in are top notch and I'm sure contribute to the cost. The glasses themselves feel like they are made of a very rigid and perhaps cheap feeling plastic and the lenses themselves seem cheap. They actually creak if they twist at all when I put them on or take them off. I'd feel better paying $20-$30 for these, considering the other option is Gunnar and while those are usually $80-$120, I see them on sale quite often for $50-$60 and they have a much better build and optical grade glass lenses. Once these break I will be looking for some Gunnars on sale. That being said I'm not unhappy with these, just wish they were a bit cheaper, I could have survived with a cheaper case and no microfibre bag.
