It is really difficult if you live alone to apply these to your back. I like the product, but I can’t seem to get it placed where I’d like it to be placed because I’m doing it by myself and separating the two pieces is just messy and not as easy as I’d like it to be.

The Salonpas gel patches with 4% Lidocaine work great. I have been a professional house cleaner for 30 years, and used them to help relieve pain without pills.The gel patch is very flexible and like skin. and stays on very well.Other kinds of Salonpas patches work great too. There is also a rub-on Salonpas Lidocaine gel that can be put on the skin.Salonpas is a great product.

Less pain for several hours. Does not stay on.

My husband uses a patch on his back before playing golf. He says it is very helpful.

I wish lidocaine patches gave me more pain relief, but after trying several brands, these are among the best. The adhesion is good, except around the contours of my neck. But that's a problem with all of them. They work about as good as the Aspercream/Lidocaine patches. And the number of patches per box is impressive.

Purchased a generic lidocaine patch that was much harder to peel to expose the medicated side. They were available sooner. Worth the few extra cents. Glad I ordered these.
