Worked very well for a friend who has had constant GI issues for the past couple of years. She noticed instant improvement and can actually eat without experiencing pain and bloating.

I regularly take probiotics and they have been wonderful, especially after a few months for the gut biome to stabilize. Now I just take them once a week or so rather than everyday. This is the first time I'm trying prebiotics in conjunction with probiotics. It has quite an obvious effect at first, with some indigestion in the first 1 to 3 days of consuming but things stabilize afterwards. While I can't say if there's any noticeable improvements, there doesn't seem to be any detriments afterwards. Based on how it had some noticeable effect at first, it seems to have done something and the body has adjusted to it afterwards. I don't have more or less issues with my digestions. I still can't drink too much milk or eat certain foods I'm intolerant to but overall digestion seems to be fine and regular.

I have tried all of the digestive and gut health products and enzemes. Every month I order digestive enzemes with the Biomed , probiotics . Last month I order something different and as soon as I opened it ,there was a strong odor which the others I never had a problem. Also this one gave me a real bad stomachache which is surprising cause I never got that from all the others. They would not let me send back or give me a credit, so I will not be ordering from the company anymore.

Have not used it long enough to make a determination yet. I do see a difference in my bowel movement in a positive way.

I've taken this product for a month and I honestly cannot feel any difference in my digestion and everything else is the same (regularity-wise). I eat well and take other supps and consume lotsa fiber, perhaps that's why? Therefore I had to rate it in the middle (3 stars) because I'm neutral. It may work well for others and not at all for some.

These are the best. I have tried it all. These are effective and true.
