I never loose weight. Do you know what the word NEVER means. Except when I did keto. But I cannot do keto anymore. I’ve been hypo for ages. I grew up on Dr Christopher’s stuff. Just remembered him. Wanted to try his stuff before moving to thyroid meds like dececated thyroid... I take 4 3xs a day and alternate with the adrenal formula. Your not supposed to take them at the same time. Per dr Shultz (dr Christopher’s apprentice) directions. It’s been 4 weeks and I have lost 4 in the last 1.5 weeks. While eating my anti inflammatory paleo diet. But last time I didn’t take the herbs and I didn’t loose weight. But I see the differenence. I have done perfect like everyone. But I didn’t gain when I messed up. I don’t have to be nuts about how many carbs I eat either. So nice to see weight coming off, without being hyper obsessed!!!
