The tablets can move between compartments
The tablets can move between compartments so this wouldn't be recommended to take on trips.

ONE quality issue but good overall
To start, these come with a plastic tube on the inside. Unless your meds are EXTREMELY small, they will not fit inside the plastic tube. No big deal, I'll use it without. My meds are 'as needed' so I don't take them daily but I didn't want to carry a Rx bottle around all the time. I washed the container out and air dried it overnight. Next day, I placed a few pills in and put it on my keychain. A week later, I needed one of my pills. After opening the container, I discovered my pills had black flaking all over them from the paint. Not something I want to ingest. So, I tried another container, this time just wiping it out. After one day, same problem. I solved the issue by putting my pills in Saran Wrap. Overall, they are the perfect size for me to store 3-6 pills. The container is solid. I submerged a container with an aspirin inside. After 30 minutes, it was still dry. After a few weeks, they never worked loose and unscrewed on my keychain. Bottom line, if needed I would buy again.

Smaller than you think, but usable for smaller tablets/caplets
I knew they were small, but expected to be able to fit more than two Tylenol into them. I have found them to be perfect for my BP meds, as the tablets are very tiny, and can carry about 2-week's worth of meds in one tube. I am reasonably sure they will remain moisture-free.Here is what you can fit into them:8 generic Ibuprofen tablets,2 Tylenol-size caplets4-5 smaller Alleve-size caplets1 daily-vitamin like One-a-day5 Excedrin tablets (or two caplets)24-30 micro tablets (BP meds or Nitro)Overall, they fit my needs of carrying a few Ibuprofen and my BP meds with me when away from home. If I had to do it over, I would have purchased a larger size, although these do fit nicely in a pocket or on a keyring. One of the tubes did not seal well (bad threads, bad diameter), and the bottom separated from the cap while attached to the carbiner on my backpack, and the tube (and contents) were lost.... thankfully it was only a few Ibuprofen lost...The inner, plastic bottle is useless, so I tossed them.

So Very Tiny!
Item shipped and delivered in a timely fashion. I will remind potential customers that these are VERY tiny containers. Six or eight aspirin tablets...not capsules... will fit neatly inside; to give you a visual. There is a glass vial inside of each container with a cap. The aspirin did not fit into the vial. These will have to be used for micro geocache hides.

Five Stars
I have been carrying one of these in my pocket daily for some time and have not had any problems. It is large enough to carry two bills of UScurrency folded in half and rolled up; or it can carry your medication. It is larger than some of the small pill cases but the size works for me.I removed the metal key-ring, and replaced it with nylon cord to made a more compact profile in my pocket.Edit 1/17/18 Like this product - I just ordered again! I wouldn't trust them
Sure they're cheap, but the black/blue coating can flake and rub off and get on your pills. I wouldn't bet on the coating being edible, especially coming from China. The picture attached shows the coating coming off on a cotton swab when rubbed gently with only water. Some reviews say that these came with smaller plastic containers inside. They don't all do. Mine didn't as well as many others'.
